CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
INTRODUCTION
Diva Pageants is a diversified & dynamic Beauty Pageant House based in Pune, Maharashtra, with a strong philosophy to groom, coach, and train natural persons (primarily females) who are of the age of majority, since ten (10) years. We have been working on building confidence, personality, communication, and leadership skills, building image etc. amongst aspiring individuals, who wish to gain untold benefits and learn invaluable life skills.
Opting for Our indispensable beauty pageant Services is really easy, but We understand that there may be circumstances when participants/Users wish/need to cancel their registration. In such case We request You to please read Our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation and refund of registration fee and any such amount which We may take for participation.
In case where there are no details mentioned with respect to any fee taken, it shall be your sole responsibility to enquire and clarify the cancellation and/or refund policy before You register or participate, otherwise it shall be assumed that the Service is not subject to any cancellation and/or refund.
1. DEFINITION
All and any defined terms given under Website Terms and Privacy Policy of Diva Pageant are ipso facto applicable mutatis mutandis to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
“Cancellation and Refund Policy” shall mean and include these presents.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
NOTHWITHSTANDING ANYTHING CONTAINED IN THESE PRESENTS OR THE WEBSITE TERMS OR THE PRIVACY POLICY OR ANY OTHER DOCUMENT BETWEEN YOU AS PARTICIPANT or ACTING ON BEHALF OF PARTICIPANT who is DESIROUS OF AVAILING OUR SERVICES AND US/DIVA PAGEANTS, once the fee is paid, the Diva Pageants Service fee, or any kind of fee/amount charged for Our Services IS AND REMAINS NONREFUNDABLE. The User/Participant/Customer can cancel the participation and/or registration with Diva Pageants at any point of time, in case of any unavoidable circumstances, but the fee shall remain non-refundable.
Cancellation by Participants/Users
a) If a participant decides to cancel their registration, the Registration Fee will not be refunded.
b) This policy/rule applies regardless of the reasons for cancellation.
In case where any Participant/User is disqualified due to breach of rules, misconduct, or any act, not in compliance with the policies of Diva Pageants, which is considered necessary by the organizers/Diva Pageant, then in such case the fee/ amount paid shall be non-refundable and DIVA PAGEANTS reserve a right to seek compensation for any loss caused to them due to such breach.
3. CANCELLATION/TRANSFER/TRANSMISSION OF REGISTRATION
All fees paid to the pageant are non-refundable and non-transferable in full or in part under any circumstance.
This refund policy is not only limited to the entry fees, it also includes advertising fees, application fees, promotional fees etc.
MOREOVER, it is hereby declared that the said registration and the account shall be non-transferable and shall not be transmittable through Will or other document also, unless with express written permission of Diva Pageants for which Diva Pageants may charge extra fee/amount under whatever heading referred.
4. INELIGIBLE
In any case where the Participant/User fails to follow the deadlines and/or eligibility requirements for participation or criteria for availing the Services of Diva Pageant and has already paid the registration fee, all such fee paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. PARTICIPANT OPTING OUT
If a registered Participant does not participate in the event for any reason, the Registration Fee will not be refunded, OR in case where the Participant decides to opt out after registration or audition, the fee paid for the Service will be non-refundable.
6. PARTICIPATION MAY EXTEND IN CASE OF PREGNANCY
In special case where a participant becomes pregnant after opting for Diva Pageant Services and proves such pregnancy by providing genuine medical certificate, Diva Pageant on humanitarian grounds may carry forward the participation of such candidate for 1 year, at Diva Pageants sole discretion, please note the Participant cannot claim this as right. Diva Pageant may charge additional processing and convenience fee/amount for the same.
7. HOW TO REQUEST CANCELLATION:

• Please provide your registration details in the cancellation request.
8. NO REFUND PROCESSING
Refund requests will not be processed.
ANY FEE PAID FOR AVAILING ANY SERVICES OF DIVA PAGEANT IS FULLY NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
